Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the t0388 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you represent and warrant to t0388 to be true and accurate at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. t0388 strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held pending investigation will be withheld pending review.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited at the individual level. t0388 targets the Indonesian market and accepts registrations from Indonesian residents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are under court supervision in respect of financial matters, are not permitted to register or play.
4. Single account : You may hold only one (1) registered Account on t0388 at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under false or borrowed identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
5. Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion arrangement on t0388 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register a new account while subject to a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Not acting on behalf of another: You must be playing exclusively on your own behalf and with your own funds. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits or placing bets using funds sourced from a third party, is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on t0388, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You must ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. t0388 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. t0388 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify t0388 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on t0388. t0388 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. If a duplicate account is discovered, t0388 reserves the right to close both accounts, void any pending bets or Games in progress, and withhold any outstanding Balance pending a full investigation.

3.4 Account Approval

t0388 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee acceptance; your Account is only fully active once t0388 has confirmed activation via email or in-platform notification.

Identity Verification (KYC)

t0388 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to comply with its international licensing obligations, to prevent fraud, and to enforce its 21+ age restriction. The KYC process may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• When your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds as determined by t0388's risk management team.
• If t0388 has reason to suspect that your Account details are inaccurate, or that your Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other prohibited purposes.
• At any time at t0388's sole discretion as part of routine compliance checks.

4.1 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other bank account or e-wallet dashboard showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document alongside a handwritten note displaying your t0388 username and the current date.

4.2 Processing Time

t0388 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases, or cases requiring additional verification, may take up to 72 hours. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of verification. Gameplay using existing Balance is permitted during this time.

4.3 Failure to Complete KYC

If a Player fails to provide the documents requested within 14 calendar days of a KYC request being issued, t0388 reserves the right to suspend the Account, restrict deposits, and withhold any pending withdrawals until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

t0388 supports the following Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The list of currently active methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bank transfer limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider will apply.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (net of any applicable transfer fees) upon detection.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to your bank or e-wallet's processing time. t0388 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
• t0388 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• All withdrawals must be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity information on file in your t0388 Account.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of approval. VIP tier members benefit from expedited processing windows as detailed in the VIP programme terms.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have successfully completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4.
• t0388 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by its fraud monitoring systems. Such checks may extend the processing time. t0388 will communicate any delay to the Player promptly via live chat or email.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 6. Real-money Balance that has not been sourced from or mixed with Bonus Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on t0388 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). t0388 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Game outcomes and odds are displayed in IDR. There are no currency conversion charges because no conversion takes place.

Bonuses & Promotions

t0388 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded at t0388's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a given promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Funds must meet the wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement) specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of winnings derived from Bonus Funds is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms and typically range from 20x to 40x the Bonus Fund amount.
• Bonus Funds and their associated winnings may only be used on the Game categories specified in the promotion terms. Certain Games (such as low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.
• If a Player attempts to withdraw real-money Balance before completing wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds, t0388 reserves the right to forfeit the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them prior to processing the withdrawal.
• t0388 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole judgment, that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotions system, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

Specific terms for the welcome bonus applicable to new Player registrations are published on the t0388 promotions page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between the welcome bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the bonus only.

6.3 VIP Programme

t0388 operates a tiered VIP programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity. VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, priority withdrawal processing, and dedicated account manager access — are set out in the VIP programme terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All Games on t0388 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or streamed from regulated live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel. t0388 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connection interruption that affects a Game in progress, t0388 reserves the right to void the affected Game round and refund the bet amount to the Player's Balance. t0388 is not liable for any winnings that a Player believes they would have obtained had the malfunction not occurred. The decision of t0388's technical team regarding the outcome of a Game affected by a malfunction is final.

7.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sportsbook bets are governed by the t0388 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In summary: bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, PSSI/PT LIB for BRI Liga 1 matches). t0388 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were offered in error due to a technical fault or data-feed error.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

t0388 applies maximum single-session and single-event winnings caps across its product categories. Applicable caps are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. t0388 reserves the right to limit stakes for any Player at its discretion, particularly where patterns of play suggest a risk to the integrity of the gaming system.

Responsible Gaming

t0388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. • Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Cool-off periods: You may take a temporary break from the Platform by activating a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your Account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: You may permanently or indefinitely self-exclude from t0388. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease and your Account will be closed to gameplay and deposits.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t0388 platform. A Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or the sportsbook in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or distorts the integrity of outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any multiplayer game format.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing t0388 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the t0388 platform, its back-end systems, other Players' Accounts, or any t0388 database or server.

Intellectual Property

All content on the t0388 platform — including but not limited to the t0388 name and logo, game graphics, interface design, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of t0388 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the t0388 platform or its content without prior written consent from t0388.

Privacy & Data

t0388's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on t0388, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. In summary: t0388 collects personal and financial data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with its legal obligations. t0388 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, t0388 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond t0388's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information published on the Platform, provided that t0388 has taken reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any gaming loss incurred by a Player in the ordinary course of gameplay — gambling inherently involves financial risk, and t0388 provides no guarantee of winnings.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit t0388's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by t0388

t0388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A Player has breached these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to t0388.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, t0388 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, the verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting t0388 support via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. t0388 operates under an international gaming licence and applies its licence conditions in administering Player accounts and resolving disputes.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and t0388 that cannot be resolved through the t0388 support process, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by t0388's licensing authority. t0388 will cooperate fully with any such process and will provide all relevant documentation within the timeframes required.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights that you may hold as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are ordinarily resident.

Amendments

t0388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t0388 will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2.
